Flexible Sleep Apnea Payment Options
At Healthy Sleep Midwest, we understand what the right equipment can do for your health. However, we also know that the upfront cost of CPAP equipment and regular expenses associated with CPAP supplies can make you wonder if it’s worth it.
We offer oral appliance therapy, a smaller, more efficient, and affordable alternative to CPAP machines. These custom-fitted devices fit right in your mouth like a retainer, opening your airways and allowing you to sleep peacefully through the night. Paired with our at-home sleep test, you can purchase these devices using one of our sleep apnea payment options.
Check out our options below.
CareCredit
We offer flexible financing options, including low and no-interest payment plans through CareCredit. You can pay in monthly installments rather than the total amount upfront. In addition, when you sign up with CareCredit, you won’t pay registration fees or hidden costs. This transparency lets you know how many payments will be due.
You can take advantage of CareCredit’s interest-free payment plan that gives you up to 24 months to pay off your balance in full. However, if you need a little more time, you can opt into a low-interest plan with terms ranging up to 60 months. To get financing, you can apply online and get your decision in minutes without impacting your credit score.
CareCredit can be used in many medical settings, allowing you the freedom to get the care you need at a price that makes sense for you.
Credit/Debit
Our sleep apnea payment options can help you secure needed sleep services without stressing costs. However, if you can make the payment in full, we can accept a credit or debit card at our office. We can process a secure transaction using any of the following major card brands:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
Assignment of Benefits (AOB)
Assignment of Benefits (AOB) allows us to collect payment directly from your insurance company. It exists to make the payment process smoother, allowing you to focus on your therapy. We’ll file the insurance claim on your behalf and work directly with your insurance provider, securing maximum benefits on your behalf.
In our experience, most insurance companies will cover oral appliance therapy for treating sleep apnea. However, we recommend that you check with your insurance provider to determine whether they authorize AOB agreements.
Remember that insurance is not a requirement to secure services with our team. However, it can reduce the overall cost of treatment and save you on out-of-pocket expenses.
